Which warranty do i have?

If eventualy the order is not delivered in great conditions, please contact us through the phone number (+351) 212 433 390.
If the Floreseflores service is responsible for the situation occured, it will be returned the payed value and will be made the new delivery, without charges. Returns are not accepted, the flowers and natural plants are perishable products.

What is the privacy and security policy?

The register:
Floreseflores assumes the privacy and security commitment in the personal informations of each client. The personal data of the clients will only be used by Floreseflores. The information that you provide us destines only to provide you a more suitable service to your needs and characteristics.

The payment:
All the operation of selection of payment to use, and the introduction of data needed to the process of payment of order is properly protected.

Which are the payment methods available?

We have available the payment by credit card, VISA, American Express and bank transfer.

The indicated values in your site include delivery?

The delivery is free of charge in office hours. The values indicated in your site, are the final values to be payed by the client, which include already packaging and green.

Schedule and Deliveries
If there isn't anyone to receive the flowers in the house of destiny? How do you proceed?

Generaly, in Great Lisbon, our drivers will look to leave the order in a safe place, like neighbors or ordinace of buildings, but in any case will follow the client instructions and proceed as requested by you, contacting you in case of impossibility.

How do i do to maintain myself anonimous, without being identified by the person that will receive the flowers?

The only way of being identified is through the signature of the message. In case you do not wish to be identified, you can make the request normaly, leaving just out the signature of the message.

Can i request to the order be delivered at Saturday and Sunday?

In Great Lisbon, we deliver at saturday and sunday from 09:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m..
In rest of the country, we have some restrictions, on which we request please the you contact us previously to the phone number (+351) 212 433 390 or e-mail compras@floreseflores.pt
In any case, at saturday afternoon and sunday, in the rest of the country, it isn't possible to deliver chocolates or plush, we just deliver floral arrangements.

In Great Lisbon, can i request that my order be delivered at a especific hour?

Because of situations of trafic we can't ensure the deliver at a especific hour, may having some diference in the hour requested. Therefore, we request a break of about two hours for the delivery, for example, from 11:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m..

And in the rest of the country, for deliveries from monday to friday, with how much time before should i do my order?

In the rest of the country, we thank that you do your order at least with 24 hours before, or until 10 a.m. of the same day.
In the rest of the country, we can't ensure a delivery at a especific schedule, you may choose during morning (from 09:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.) or in the afternoon (from 14:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m.).

With which time in advance should i do my order to great Lisbon?

Praticaly none, the delivery is imediate, for we have our own fleet and we make deliveries until 20 p.m. in great Lisbon.
